Bush climate change report

Via on Jun 2, 2008

Well, okay… maybe climate change is real… but only if you’re poor, apparently.

It figures that it would take a court order for the Bushies to even think about admitting issues around climate change. A White House report issued four years late and only because of a court order finally admits that climate change is real and is “very likely” caused by human action. The report doesn’t really contain any new information, but does admit that the poor are likely going to be the hardest hit by the consequences of climate change. The last report was done during the Clinton administration in 2000, and quickly disappeared in 2001, shortly after Bush took office.
