It also reminds me of a recent plane flight, where I had access to VH1 classic (oh yeah) and watched the We are the World video from the 80's and had to put my sunglasses on as it fully made me cry! I just had to youtube it again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmxT21uFRwM. Another cause in Africa from another time, but also effective. Bono is one celeb that comes to mind that receives some backlash for his efforts, which I just don't get. There isn't anything wrong with fame, and definitely not with using it to spread word about a crisis. Jessica Biel is also doing good work with her Make the Difference Network: http://www.mtdn.com/jessebiel. Hey I think she's from Boulder, I would like to see Waylon interview her!
