		<description>I think of perceived obstacles to practice as &quot;if onlys.&quot; For example, if only such and such were not the case&#8212;if only my back didn&#039;t hurt, there wasn&#039;t so much noise, the person next to me wasn&#039;t breathing so loudly, I had a better zafu, etc.&#8212;then I could really meditate. It&#039;s so freeing to realize that the back pain, noise, loud breathing and crappy zafu ARE present truth, and ARE the meditation. It&#039;s the idea that these things are obstacles that creates the obstacle. </description>
