This is all very amazing and fantastic. But WHO built it? That would be interesting to know. (For me anyway) Having been in the trades for 15 years in Boulder, and working for a few green builders, I'm sure there are people that are going to be interested in not only how can I buy one of these technogemcastles, but how can I build one of my own? And who can I get to do that? That is really the forefront of getting this technology into the mainstream. A $3.5 mil spec house (I'm assuming) is one thing. I'm not trying to get free advertising for a builder. But these are the people that did the homework to made it happen. Credit due where its due.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Just a few minutes ago I was pondering the advantages of living in Boulder to ride out the recession -- good public transportation, a bike path, free wifi around town, an intellectually stimulating place to live with lots of free things to do, etc. So having some eco-friendly homes here adds to the charm.
