An audio treat for hardcore yogis and yoginis

The Yoga Workshop here in Boulder is one of the best studios in America due to its founder, Richard Freeman, being a holder of the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage passed on by Pattabhi Jois. Occasionally, Richard gives studio talks on different philosophical aspects of yoga. Just listening to Richard’s voice is soothing and somewhat enlightening. He also has the gentle humor possessed by the wise. Lucky for us, many of his talks have been recorded and archived on the studio’s blog and are available for download, so we can put them on our ipods and meditate on jnana yoga (the yoga of wisdom) wherever we are.

Follow each blog and you can listen or download each audio file near the bottom of the page.

Also, here’s a link to Richard’s elevision interview with Waylon -> ***.
