Hosting an Inauguration Party, big or small? Make it good for our planet. [Boulder: Grassroots Inaugural Ball is where to be]

Here’s a link with info [via Live Earth] on how to green your Inauguration party, if you’re having one.

The Grassroots Inaugural Ball is where I’ll be, in Boulder—at the Glenn Miller ballroom. They’ve lowered prices (students: $25, the code is BCGS], and profits go to families in need—appropriate on such a traditionally important day for the future direction of our Country:

Are you getting excited about the Presidential Inauguration?  Please join us for a magical night of celebration, live music, dancing, coverage of Inaugural Balls in D.C., a live link to the Presidential Ball and more at the GRASSROOTS INAUGURAL BALL (see announcement below)!

Assemble your creative formal attire, get out your dancing shoes, and please join us for this historic event.  Purple attire is encouraged (see below).  We suggest checking out consignment/thrift stores for ball gowns, tuxedos, and other fancy stuff.  Check out eBay for 70s style, purple tuxedos!   Or if that’s just too much work, don’t worry – just come as you are and experience the magic.<

Feel free to post the announcement for the Ball on your website and / or forward this announcement to your e-mail lists.

Don’t wait to get your tickets, as space is limited.  Click here to purchase tickets www.blacktie-colorado.com/rsvp (use Event Code BCG). For any questions, send a return e-mail to [email protected]

Can’t wait to celebrate with you!
