hmmm, walgreens selling flu shots and coke, BTW 70% of your bodies immune system depends on the health and alkalinity of your digestive system, 1 can of coke puts it on one leg for 5 hours....nice work walgreens/corp America

so if yoga is a refuge from the negativity of an economic recession, how can you afford to go to class if you're affected by that recession? if you live in LA (especially the westside), not a problem -- drop by any of the donation-based yoga studios and give what you can afford: power yoga east and west, bhakti yoga shala, yogaco, yogis anonymous, and shaktibox, to name a few...

I actually just bought the fiercest yoga onsey at Walgreens!! They have the best yoga clothes. I got my cards read there also! Fierce!

Linda Sparrowe

It's great to hear that people are still making their well-being a priority. Yoga is a much better investment than the stock market! I think that Prana offers free yoga classes, which is such a great offering for the community!

We offer free Yoga classes (hatha, vinyasa flow with a focus upon samscara release & self-acceptance increase) every Thursday night during CU's Fall and Spring Semesters. 6:30PM at Wesley Chapel, 1290 Folsom St.

It's primarily aimed at CU and Naropa students (that's why it's free).

Taught by Brian Saeger (who also teaches at the YMCA).

Peace.
