My First, My Last, My NPR St. Valentine’s Day Make-out Song List.

Feeling unlucky, lonely, depressed, can’t pay your mortgage, your business went bankrupt? Flann O’Brien has some advice for ya: drink!

When money’s tight and is hard to get
And your horse has also ran,
When all you have is a heap of debt –
A PINT OF PLAIN IS YOUR ONLY MAN.

What’s that? Not a big drinker? Well, no worries, mate. It’s St. Valentine’s day—a day built for sad, lonely fools. So get out there to some bar, some party, some ball…and see the flocks of also-lonely, but brave boys and girls, just wanting to make out.

You lock eyes, you’re in love, you go home to “watch a movie”…now you need some make-out music, eh? Good thing even NPR gets randy on St. Valentine’s Day. Via their web site comes this long list (we only put half of it, here) of recommended songs via their partner stations. With thanks for the tip to twitter.com/guykawaski:
