Just thought I'd let you know that many of these 'facts' are just made up. I work in a clinic and have been asked to look up the real facts about Water Vs Coke for our bulletin board, but this forwarded email is all I can find. All the doctors have seen this 'fact sheet' and are looking for a sheet to clear up the MANY misconceptions (e.g. water daily will NOT decrease the risk of colon cancer by 45%, NOR will it slash breast cancer rates by 79%, or reduce bladder cancer risks).

It's very frustrating to see bloggers blindly forward on all information they find as fact. Please use some vigilance next time you copy/paste to your blog.
