		<description>Always relevant.  Always dissent and finding a constructive outlet for voicing concerns is mandatory for any organization in America today.  Too many Sanghas are finding themselves in difficulties because of the American/Tibetan divide.  Kudos to both Waylon and Bill for daring to ask. </description>
