		<description>We all need purpose in our lives to feel complete and there is no greater purpose (and I think life satisfaction and fulfillment than giving to others). It&#039;s not altruism and sacrifice that drives me to give back, it&#039;s for a very selfish reason: it make my own life work so much better.
