Thanks for giving us a feel for the conference, Alison.

I was pleased to hear about Rod Stryker, who is one of my Yoga heros just from reading all the wonderful material on his website http://parayoga.com. A real treasure trove. I hope you will consider writing another blog just about how Rod came across at the Conference.

I also enjoyed your thoughts on "nothingness". This was precisely why I retired six years ago--to see where my mind and spirit would go if I started with nothingness.

What I found out was that I needed a whole new philosophy to learn how to handle this, and that's what led me to Yoga.

Thanks again for the blog. Would love to hear more.
