I’m sharing this announcement on behalf of my friend, Anna Davies. She’ll be teaching a free 7 a.m. yoga class tomorrow at Alaya’s grand opening in Boulder. Come join us! Anna’s class is a bright way to start off your day, and Alaya’s new studio is one of the best yoga spaces I’ve seen yet. Further details about the day’s events below!

Whether you’re a lifelong yogi, a newcomer to yoga, curious about ayurveda or would simply like a free drink and massage, come join in on the festivities… and yes…yogis know how to party.
