I’m sharing this announcement on behalf of my friend, Anna Davies. She’ll be teaching a free 7 a.m. yoga class tomorrow at Alaya’s grand opening in Boulder. Come join us! Anna’s class is a bright way to start off your day, and Alaya’s new studio is one of the best yoga spaces I’ve seen yet. Further details about the day’s events below!
Friends. Yogis. Boulderites. Lend me your ears! There’s a new yoga studio in town, so brush off your mats and come celebrate. Whether you’re a lifelong yogi, a newcomer to yoga, curious about ayurveda or would simply like a free drink and massage, come join in on the festivities… and yes…yogis know how to party.
- All day Friday Oct. 23rd: Alaya is offering complimentary services
- 7am, 9am and 5pm: FREE yoga classes
- 1pm to 5pm: Marma point massage and/or Ayurvedic tongue analysis
- 7pm: PARTY! Food, drinks and music
- Specials on services and retail (one day only)

Alaya Yoga Spa is located at the Table Mesa Center near Table Mesa and Broadway (across the alley from the South Side Walnut Cafe).
Alaya provides Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM) services by offering therapy, classes and events grounded in the tradition of Yoga and Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a system for living that combines yoga, meditation, massage, food, herbs and lifestyle routines to prevent or manage disorders.
