Geithner touts success of mortgage modification program. But has it helped you?

Despite claims of major frustration by troubled home owners attempting to modify their mortgages, the Treasury Secretary announced that over a half million households have been helped by the Obama administration relief plan.

  1. Hasn't helped me, yet, and I'm on the verge of getting that scary letter in the mail.

  2. I tweeted this out, three folks responded that it their banks hadn't accepted it, either, though they'd applied.
