All interesting comments to be sure. James Ray will be in Denver tomorrow (10/20). He has publicly stated that his show must go on. He continues to teach and run his workshops. WTF? I find that beyond troubling under the circumstances.

Dear Cameron-it's a PARADOX -Something that seems self-contradictory or absurd but in reality expresses a possible truth.
I have a point of view and you have yours. I have been there and tried it several times - some people (souls) don't want to come back after the experience. And if you haven't tried it, you will not get it. Peace be with you Cameron-
Biz hundert un tsvantsikn.

ana - you HAVE done what most humans do; you've weighed in on this debate from a relatively uninformed position, and have based your argument on unsubstantiated ideas; to whit:
'follow a spiritual path' - what is this exactly?
'good transcendental training' - by what measurement?
'when the energy of the group reaches the max .... we just want to go Home' - um, according to whom?
'james had no control of the situation' - really? perhaps in ultimate reality, but on the causal plane, at least according to his very own teachings, he certainly did (and how can you say he didn't; are you him?)
'it could happen in any transcendental training' - well, this is certainly true, as true, perhaps, as anyone could be killed by a falling piece of satellite junk while singing My Way in yiddish (possibility and probability are separated, in this instance, by a basic application of intelligence)

i have no issue with subverting the dominant paradigm re mother teresa - however, if you're going to do so, at least substantiate your comments with some facts and links to said facts

(note: i have reviewed most of the information about MT on both sides of this discussion and respectfully disagree)

Yes it is a very sad situation for all us that follow a spiritual path, and for the ones that don't it's tragic one and more....however like Joanne Hughes said, I am not going to do what most humans do. For the spirtual souls that are on James's side we know that it was a good transcendental trainning. When the energy of the group reaches the max. we know what happens - we just want to go Home. Get it?
James is a good soul, he is not looking to hurt anybody. The fact that the cost of the trainning was $9,000.00 that is irrelevant for ones that want to have the experience. A trip to the moon is a few Million...and it's educational it should be free...right? Bottom line, James had no control of the situation, it could happen in any transcendental trainning, perhaps the fact that it was a holly space it made it more intense for all the participants. Let's pray for James and the souls that went Home.
