Just so you know, Cochabamba is taking the smart route to energy efficiency in Bolivia. You can see a solar heated water tank on the roof of the interesting book and travel store called The Spitting Llama in Cochabamba. Hey, think about it: it only makes sense to take advantage of solar energy with high costs of electricity. Hay Caramba!
