Farnoosh, your article was very professionally written, inspiring and gave a glimpse into your personal experience with yoga. For me, when I find a point of inspiration and manage to keep it present in my mind, it facilitates my reach toward achieveing that which inspired me in the first place. Thank you for sharing, I hope to read more of your articles. Great work!

My dear Tweet friend, Lindsay, I am so happy to have inspired you, and your comments are much too kind. Yes, saying those mantra words of Kathryn to yourself over and over again can really help push you past the boundaries. I know it can help me. Thanks again and many good wishes for the new year to you!

There is so much in this article - thank you. The workshop must have been incredible. You have inspired me to "commit" and make it happen. I will start small today and continue to dream big.

Thank you, Farnoosh, for such a beautifully written post!

I, too, see beauty in yoga postures, in the human body and in the wonderful photography and writings like yours inspired by asana. I think it transcends the already lofty physical and spiritual goals of asana practice to appreciate the potential of the human body and human creativity. Why put limits on yoga, right?

I especially love #12 and I'm going to try it. I can, I can. Commit Commit. LOVE it!

Maybe, Kathryn will make her way to Asheville, NC for a workshop. One can hope ...

Thanks again for sharing this.

Namaste,
Lindsay

Great article, Farnoosh. Good to see your excellent work here on Elephant.

For those who are not aware of it, Farnoosh has a most interesting and far-reaching blog:

"Prolific Living"
<a href="http://www.prolificliving.com/blog/" target="_blank">http://www.prolificliving.com/blog/</a>

How far reaching is it? Here's the way it's described on the blog itself:

"Prolific Living is about living a life filled with as many rich, unique, growth-inducing, humbling, health-and-wealth promoting, authentic, stupendous, inexplicably delicious, and soul-enriching experiences as one can possibly create."
