		<description>I agree - this is a brilliant bread book.  Mine is a very old second hand copy (so no colour pictures for me!), but I have found it enormously helpful and inspirational.  There&#039;s something about the approach to the making of bread in this book that is so down to earth, it makes you feel like there&#039;s no reason anyone can&#039;t have a go at making great bread at home.  I&#039;d recommend it too. </description>
