This holiday time always depresses me. I enjoy the short days. Love the Winter Solstice. But don't like the regimentation of forced xmas cheer.

Love!
As one who has a tumultuous link to Christianity, I love it when people of other traditions wish me well with the language of those traditions' holidays.
So, Merry Christmas, Eid Mubarak, Happy Chanukah, Happy Ridvan, Happy Solstice, Cheerful Children's Day, Diwali ki Shubhkamnayein, and Happy Festivus et. al.. I'll take all the good wishes I can get.
