elephant:
Colorado's gonna bleed green if it turns from blue --> red. Real bummer for rising solar industry, wind, Latinos, entrepreneurs...long list.

Zeus D
How about all entrepreneurs? Divided never works for the all.

Bonnie K
why is he retiring - most "rising stars" are very politically ambitious - I'm not from CO so I don't know the inside story on this - really too bad

Well.all is impermanent, eh?

Spenser V
Que bummer, indeed.

Jeff R
That's f**ked. He mustve decided he was nt going to win. I've been getting donation emails from him regularly. Total surprise.

Dave Christy
dislike!

Waylon Lewis
Apparently he was doing well fundraising-wise. I'm just hoping there's not some scandal.

You mean "Clean Coal" Ritter? He's almost as bad as oil, coal and nuclear fan pretending to be "environmentalist" Mark Udall: http://spryeye.blogspot.com/2009/12/my-sen-mark-u...

Bill Ritter's a good guy and trying hard to move the peg in the right direction. I met him at a backyard BBQ years ago and his heart and mind were/are in the right place. I hope all is well with him and the family. My next worry is some Bill Owen replicant becoming our next governor! You know the haircut, suit and soulless stare are a package deal!

Indeed, such grand expectations should not be laid at the feet of one man -- we should not feel so rudderless that our fates would be significantly impacted by his decision.
