Catching Thoughts: Be a Tosser.

Freeing up your own connections to things clears the mental clutter and gives you more energy to put into your present endeavors. I like to hold onto things because of the feelings they bring up and the memories from the past. I wonder how much of this kind of holding on leads to stagnation in the present. For me it feel like quite a bit.
