One of the most difficult-to-make-fun and accessible interviews I’ve ever seen, Colbert and Dr. Chopra go at some tough issues and questions and make ’em downright accessible.

  1. Great stuff. Even on comedy television, Chopra spews out ideas straight out of the ancient Yoga texts, then shows the universality of these ideas by relating them to Judeo-Christian metaphors like angels.

  2. Ramesh says:

Warts, diamond studded glasses and all, I just love Chopra's ability to bring Eastern spirituality, Jung (who first introduced the idea of the Shadow) to the masses. That's his genius. In spite of my criticism elsewhere on EJ about some of Chopra's work, I agree, Bob. Chopra rocks!

  3. Lisa Flynn says:

Bring on the accessibility quotient. This is great! What a combination of personalities πŸ™‚

  4. OMG! I love his red kicks. He is so coooooool.

  5. One of the best combinations since Jon Stewart and Micheal Pollan a few months ago…

  6. Lisa Flynn says:

@YogaforCynics – oh, I missed that one. Is that still out there somewhere to watch?

  7. Sarah says:

Deepak is amazing… What a beautiful way to express himself and see beyond the shallowness of the questions being asked… He barely got a chance to finish his sentences but God was within him the whole way through πŸ™‚ Om Shanti…
