      me too Valerie I have listened to her in the car for so many years even my youngest child can tell you all about "shenpa"..Her sense of humour and open heart makes her such a pleasure to listen to.

When we realize that every moment and everything we encounter is our perfect teacher, when we understand that the path and not the destination is what matters in life, then a world opens up that offers everything we need on our journey…

  9. Though I do love this and love Pema, I feel there has been too much a focus on the "love ourselves" in the community that has grown to dangerous and unhealthy levels.
    In this respect I prescribe to Alan Watts whom stated that we learn of ourselves through our relationships with others.
    That having been said, this is a beautiful video.
