I get distracted, do you?

I get distracted easily. I know what I want, where I am coming from, where I am going, and what it takes to get there.  Still I get distracted easily. As it goes, I’ve arranged my environment in a convenient way so my zones of comfort make sense and my ol’ patterns, habits, attachments, addictions, toxic behavior and lower vibration relationships fit in them without drama; making it easy for me to excuse g my lack of will when it comes to stay aware.

Being aware has different meanings to different people in different times. In our present time – and time is an evolutionary rotation of the sun (with all its moons, planets, stars and black holes) revolving around its dual, revolving  round a grand center called Vishnunabhi, which is the seat of the creative power, Brahma, the Universal Magnetism.

Brahma regulates dharma, the mental virtue of the internal world.

When the sun in its revolution round its dual comes to the place nearest to this grand center, the seat of Brahma (an event which takes place when the Autumnal Equinox comes to the first point of Aries), dharma, the mental virtue, becomes so much developed that man can easily comprehend all, even the mysteries of Spirit.

When the sun goes to the place in its orbit which is farthest from Brahma, the grand center (an event which takes place when the Autumnal Equinox is on the first point of Libra), dharma, the mental virtue, comes to such a reduced state that man cannot grasp anything beyond the gross material creation.

Again, in the same manner, when the sun in its course of revolution begins to advance toward the place nearest to the grand center, dharma, the mental virtue, begins to develop; this growth is gradually completed in another 12,000 years. Each of these periods of 12,000 years brings a complete change, both externally in the material world, and internally in the intellectual or electric world, and is called one of the Daiva Yugas or Electric couple. Thus, in a period of 24,000 years, the sun completes the revolution around its dual and finishes one electric cycle consisting of 12,000 years in an ascending arc and 12,000 years in a descending arc.

Time. Awareness. Let’s imagine that we do not know (which is the case most of the time) all the information above and therefore we are not aware  that our state of mind is affected by the electro-magnetism that rules the universe. In our present time, it seems to be the case anyway in most parts of the world. Let’s imagine that all we know in this era is that we create our world in materiality, that our DNA defines who we are and that our material achievements are what make us and what we are remembered for, or that being famous is the most attractive goal as humans. Or maybe you are the kind of person that believes we are victims of our own circumstances and no free will exists, leaving us in the hands of luck, or at the mercy of blind faith in destiny or religion. Which ever reality your mental virtue perceives, it is awareness of it which makes it real.

Awareness is pure, it is reflective and results from the ancient contemplative science of self-observation.  The more we observe ourselves the harder is to deny what is truth. And then the battle with the self begins. You know what it takes to be better, happier, healthier, stronger, more flexible, kinder, more compassionate, and yet yourself battles with your self trying to justify why you choose to remain in the space you are at.

And where you are at is where you begin. So, where are thou? Who are you? Who are your friends? Who is your family? Why is your life the way it is? And asking these questions is when I get distracted easily. Sometimes as I am asking these questions to myself, sometimes before I even asked them and sometimes after the answers present themselves in my contemplation of reality, I distract myself looking for refuge into those places that make me feel good, comfortable, and content. This helps, but not without danger. The danger of it is comfort itself. It is that comfort that we find in watching TV, playing video games, doing drugs, drinking alcohol, creating drama with our earthly fellows, overeating, overdrinking, overindulging in my excesses, it is that comfort that get us distracted shutting down our awareness and therefore taking away our privilege of freedom. Freedom of vice, negative patterns, anger, violence, victimization, madness. Suddenly, without awareness, we are left to the mercy of circumstance, we give up our divine gift of free will.

And free will only gets stronger as your awareness gets stronger. Yes, you can be peaceful, yes you can be happy, yes you can be healthy, this is you birth right. Karma? practice, practice, practice getting in sync with that Universal Magnetism that controls the virtue of the mind.

Awareness is essentially beautiful, because it is a choice. Your choice, your decision, your discovery, your journey, nobody telling you what to do, or how to do it, who you should be or shouldn’t be. Awareness is Freedom.

I get distracted easily, do you?
