Corporate America Goes Green: LOHAS Forum {Boulder Event}. ~ Emily Casey

This week Boulder, Colorado hosts the LOHAS—Lifestyles of Heath and Sustainability Forum.

Here’s 10 Things to do in Boulder, if you’re visiting town.

The event is attended by Fortune 500 companies and start up entrepreneurs alike aiming to integrate mindful practices into their businesses and corporations.

Check out 10 Things That Make The LOHAS Forum Unique.

Look out for live blogging from the conference panels, a few of which elephant’s founder Waylon Lewis will be speaking on.

On Wednesday June, 22, Waylon is contributing to a discussion panel called “What is Impact Investing,” regarding Project Financing via Crowd Funding Platforms. Taking the theory to the present, panelists will share what they’ve learned from recent financing ventures.

Thursday June 23, Waylon is on a panel called “So You Think You Can Pitch It? Prove it!” The first of its kind, this pitch slam invites the crowd to present their ideas in one minute and receive feedback from the esteemed panel. As an intern here at elephant I know firsthand Waylon’s nack for grabbing your attention in a sentence.

Panels are open only to LOHAS participants.

Bonus: Highlights from 2010…
