We all encounter moments in life, or let's just get really honest , days in life, that we feel like we can't make it happen, that we're not good enough, that we just don't mean that much and how could we possibly make a difference? Well I'm here to tell you, that is total crap! Those little voices in your head, negative people, the discouraging words, and your ego; those are all a side effect of living on this planet. Any of this sound familiar?299 views

When you go deeply into the meditative state, your awareness detaches itself from the thought-stream. Then your identification with emotion, memory, time, and body begins to fall away. You become aware of something very mysterious.364 views

My period is late. Or, scratch that. Late is when you’re on your way to yoga class but realize you left your wallet at the coffee shop so you have to run back and get it. And then you have to hurry to get your mats out before the early students show up and have no mats (and students need mats). And no, my period did not leave it’s wallet at a coffee shop. It’s not late.1,593 views
