No....I saw a hole in the man...deep like a hunger he will never fill. It is what makes him sad and what makes him want. He will go on taking and taking.... Until one day the world will say: I am no more and I have nothing left to give.803 views

In the United States, taking a yoga class can seem more pressure-filled than making a deadline at work. As yoga has become more popular and mainstream, the societal expectation of looking perfect or impressing others has also managed to weave its way into the fabric of the yoga experience.608 views

The reason diets don’t work is the deep structural fat is almost impossible to access. The subcutaneous fat gets burned but we are left with this other problematic fat. Once we resume “regular” eating, we immediately put the weight back on.159 views

The big question is… how successful is HCG? If you don’t change old eating habits and self-sabotage patterns, you might lose 10 -30 pounds in 40 days. But in the long run you’ll probably gain it all back. And you’ll denounce HCG as a fraudulent product.165 views

As a yoga practitioner for the last 13 years, I’ve had highs, lows, gang-busta-in-your-face yoga for periods of time and almost non-existent stints of physical practice.344 views

Was every decision I had made in my twenties terribly wrong, or did it just seem that way? I left a perfectly decent job for one I hated, moved twice, torn my knee in a ridiculous skiing accident, been attacked by a pitbull, contracted the chicken pox, learned my favorite person in the world had cancer and nearly drowned in a river.634 views

Too often we're attached to doing the best pose or getting a new pose. We want something to happen. When it doesn't, which under these circumstances is inevitable, we are disappointed. Suddenly it's become all too serious. And it is self-inflicted.437 views
