Could you blame the poor guy?!? It's not like we have done a whole hell of a lot since his documentary aired in 2006. One has to wonder how long the man will go on talking about our planets imminent demise before he truly does loose it. You're not alone Mr. Gore!2,015 views

Correct me if I am wrong, please, but both the men and women who star in the show pride themselves on how many people they can have sex with-which must also mean that none of them are married. They even have a name for it SMUSHING. WTF?513 views

Are your friends on your case because you always insist on getting home early so you can make it to yoga the next morning? Is your mom on your case because you keep refusing her pot roast the night before your yoga workshop begins? Have you been wondering lately why you “do this” in the first place, what benefit there possibly could be in having an asana practice? The short, sweet, and incredibly inspiring documentary “Ashtanga, NY” may change their mind (and yours) about yoga, about Ashtanga, about community, and even about documentaries.999 views

While I have been in Portland, I have been meeting many different people to have them take me to their favorite Portland Places. I was telling my yoga teacher about the project, and she immediately told me she had a place to take me. I was so excited that I got a little carried away with myself. What follows is the story of my yoga teacher’s favorite place or as I like to call it, Portland and the Good Samaritan.321 views

What gets me riding straight again is the deftly constructed framework of yoga. Like my bike, it’s surprisingly lightweight and elegantly designed. And it’s made of this remarkable material that is described in the Upanishads.1,302 views

Alright ladies, take it off. Take it ALL off. Remember, I simply want you to be perfect. Throw away those proverbial fig leafs and find Eden my dear friends. Let it all hang out, and for pete's sake don't mind my binoculars. Guys? Well you can remain imperfect and shameful. I have no need to see you better than you are.439 views

Some of the best classes I have ever had were with unknown yogis, who were just passionate about yoga and not so overly enmeshed in the business of yoga. Just because a yogi is a killer self-promoter, doesn't mean they are a bad yogi, necessarily. But it doesn't mean they are the best yogi for you, either.249 views

My fears were later justified. When I was forced to send him home early he pulled a knife on me... lack of funding in the education system almost cost me my life: the country had enough money to carry out an illegal war, but apparently not enough to take care of it’s young.4,514 views

I could really use someone to spend a few thousand hours cleaning my house, filling the tank in my car, balancing my check book, planning vacations, and telling me very gently that "everything will be OK," while stroking my head as I stress out over my finances. By Kristin Luce1,655 views
