In a matter of nanoseconds, the bliss of meditation is gone, gone, gone. Real life emerges and takes over with a relentless pace. But after all the focused effort to clear my mind, I’ve decided to no longer let the peacefulness leave so easily.355 views

The playlist is called Heart and Soul Yoga, and it is not for the faint of heart or soul; also not for those that prefer saluting the sun to dirges. Not that there's anything wrong with that. ;)5,614 views

Having been living with the loose ends of an ended relationship for months now, my imperfect desire seemed to be all I had. So I was moved by the idea that my longing didn't have to mean some kind of deformity. That the incomplete feeling that grief had given me was not necessarily the complete truth. That missing someone didn't have to mean that I missing something. That my pain was not an indication that I hadn't yet found that perfect piece, the one that would make me good again. Something fiercely thirsty was rising towards the idea that if I let it, my fumbling, fragmented, flickering heart could write its own love song and that that song could carry me to higher ground.2,559 views

In one of the stamens of the flower of the world is Pemako in the shape of Vajra Yogini lying down. Outer, inner and secret levels correspond to the levels of the mind. In the secret chakra of Vajra Yogini there are flowers coming in winter also. If people die here, they do not take karmic rebirth; they go to the Pure Lands. I do not tell lies. It is like that. Keep it in mind. Guru Rinpoche from the Guidebook to Pemako1,353 views

Have you ever understood what the person asking "what's your aim in life" actually meant? It’s quite a powerful question because it is a pretty direct and incisive way to ascertain what your purpose in life is, and what you aim to achieve as a goal.764 views
