Speaking personally (with my mutt 6 feet away, adorably tired lying on his dog bed), my dog has trained me to be a better human. The Dog Whisperer, in turn, taught me to learn to be taught by my dog…not to roll over, but to lead—but also to take responsibility for leading, and being patient, and never blaming.
