Catching Thoughts: Bare it.

Ahhhh, “vulnerablilty“…I think this is an appropriate topic to start the new year off.  After all, we make resolutions to change this or that and if your resolutions tend not to stick there may be a certain amount of discomfort that comes up when you try to let go of an old habit. I’ll venture to say part of that discomfort is the fact that you’ve gotta let yourself be ‘vulnerable’ to things you may not understand. This can be quite an uncomfortable feeling because new territory does not lend itself to old rules and beliefs that give you tried and true results.  But this is just my interpretation at the moment. I’m more curious to find out what it means to you: What does it mean for you to be vulnerable? Do find your power in your vulnerability or do you shrink away?  What happens to you when you find yourself in this state?  And how do you let go of the feeling if it’s something that is uncomfortable to you and turn it around?  And last but not least, what are you going to do this year to bring you one step closer to your resolution?…
