The day the whales forgave us.

This is the kind of thing that can't help but make me smile. It seems silly to say so on this site, but I'm often bashful about how much I love animals. It seems pathetic and even trite. It's nice to be reassured that it's not pathetic, it's kind.

Not silly, pathetic or trite!!! anyone who has ever had a momentary connection with an animal~wild or not~will never be the same..

Beautiful story. I like it a lot. There are some people in Norway and Japan who would do well to read it about 4 or 500 times.
