WALK THE TALK SHOW WITH WAYLON LEWIS EVENTS COORDINATOR

Walk the Talk Show with Waylon Lewis, a leading green online video talk show series based in Boulder, Colorado, is hiring an experienced and/or talented part-time events coordinator. We’re looking for someone who can take the lead on event scheduling, coordination, PR and marketing–anything and everything that goes into a video talk show and live event. We have the venue, some guests and the video crew lined up but we need someone to come on board and take control fast. We’re ready to train. Season began February 9th and is every other Thursday of every month.

Requirements:

>> Experience with event planning.

>> Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will be communicating with big deal guests, sponsors, and media outlets.

>> Incredible organization and time management. We want to be fully prepared and ready every talk show.

>> Professionalism and the ability to boss people around–in a mindful and constructive manner.

>> Must be able to follow-up and follow-through. We need a motivated, self-starting doer that will get stuff done.

>> Must have some interest in aspects of the mindful life–living a good life that also happens to be good for others and our planet.
