Tomorrow night’s Walk the Talk Show with Waylon Lewis is focused on food and mindful eating with guests Chef Ann Cooper, Jim Adams of Peace Lovin’ Foods, and Judy Jasek on pet diet and wellness.

If you’re in Boulder, reserve a spot and head over to Shine. The rest of us will be live streaming the talk show on Justin.tv.
