I’m busy and often on the run, so I find that green smoothies are an important part of my lifestyle and an easy way to stay healthy. These drinks are filling, healthy and nutritious so they certainly make the list as one of my favorite ways of creating vibrant health. Could you make green smoothies a key part of your health regime? In this short video, I show you how you can quickly and easily get all your green goodness in a wine glass. Plus, this little baby tastes delicious!
