Exercise is good for our bodies, stillness is good for our minds.

Last week, Waylon was honored to speak with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, an avid marathon runner, leader of the international Shambhala community and meditation master. His new book, Running with the Mind of Meditation, is now available.

Thanks Waylon, nice job! I wasn't sure if I would get Rinpoche's new book, not being a runner, but I definitely will now even if it's just to read some of his personal anecdotes and reflections. Maybe it will also inspire me to get more exercise too!
