Not a fan of Saul David Raye. He's got the yogi speak down (great marketing, trying to grow his brand). Is it authentic, I'd have to say beware (direct experience talking). The info presented seems unclear and overly simplistic. Mantra is a powerful tool for transformation if used in the right context. But just repeating a single word if your mind is committed to the belief that the drama around you is more real-it won't work. Using mantra as tool for meditation, whole diff story. Namaste'
