How One Hour Can Have a Huge Impact on your Health.

If you could lower your blood pressure, improve your sleep quality, reduce levels of stress hormones, eliminate toxins from the body, reduce muscle tension and pain, improve recovery time from sports and exercise and just generally feel better in one hour a week, wouldn’t you do it?

18 percent of American adults get one massage a year. Many people view massage as a luxury, something to do at a spa. Some people cite the cost of massage as prohibitive…it’s just too expensive.

The average American family of four spends $185 a week on eating out. Now, I know my family spends nowhere near that—and maybe yours doesn’t either—but consider the things that we consider “worth” spending money on.

Many American families consider cable television a necessity. Most people eat out at least a few times a month.

I’m biased—it believe in it, it’s helped me and I’ve seen it help others—but imagine if you could spend an hour or two a month and under $200 and dramatically impact your health?

Makes massage seem like less of a luxury and more of a necessity.
