About Lindsey Block

Lindsey Block loves a good picnic, bottle glass of wine and a new recipe. She likes to do all the cliché things: sing in the shower, dance in her underwear in the living room—which her dog doesn't approve of, yet—and take long walks on the beach. She's currently struggling with misanthropy, but working on it every day—although it's hard living in California.

Interesting article. As a "liberal Christian", I'm a little turned off by your generalization of "religious idiots". To make the assumption that all Christians are ignorant bible-thumping zealots seems a bit harsh. For example, I have a close friend who is a kind, compassionate pastor and also happens to be a nuclear physicist as a means of paying the bills. Is it not possible to believe in both God and science? Also, the next time you decide to lump a certain people group into one category, maybe don't preach "kindness" in the same article.
