“Tax Loopholes should be closed that allow Millionaires to pay less than their fair share.”

Who said this?

Yup: Patron Saint of the GOP, President Ronald Reagan.

It’s common, human sense. It’s fair.

  1. Reagan was not the first president who did a 180 as soon as he got in office. Who's the other? Oh, let me guess.

I think that vid is of him from when he was in office.

In any case, again, blog this stuff up if you like!

Writing is hard. Maybe I'll submit something later this week.

Right. But this blog is only reminding us that Reagan said what he said…as your own link states: "…and another (June 6, 1985) in which he said it was “crazy” for some multimillionaires to pay zero in taxes" that quote came from 1985. I'm not using said quote to push for the Buffet Rule. I'm using said quote to show that Reagan said it. Which he did.

And do write, if you like—respectful intelligent debate is helpful for all, and welcome. ~ Waylon

          • Wow, That's so matter of fact of you. Except when you post a video from the youtube channel of barackobamadotcom, it always about the campaign. It could be a video of some nice titties, jiggling back and forth to smooth jazz, but the video wouldn't be about the titties in and of themselves, it'd be about Obama, who made the titties happen. It's the same way you sell beer.
