3 Reasons to Go to Yoga Journal!

MC Yogi at Yoga Journal

“Give Love—Give Your Love Away” ~ MC Yogi

Yoga Journal 2013 in San Francisco was amazing! Take a look at some of the photos we took here. After three amazing days, I realized there are three reasons to go to Yoga Journal.

1. Connection. You will see your yoga friends from across the entire world. Seriously, I saw friends from Washington D.C to Los Angeles to Colorado to Mexico to Texas to Portland. When you bring 1,000 yogis together your friends are coming to the party
2. Brain dump. Classes with amazing teachers who are dropping knowledge all day long. You will be inspired, educated and discover new muscles you did not know even existed. Each class is exactly what you need, almost as if the teachers are waiting for you. Whether it is the perfect adjustment from Rodney Yee or you discover flexibility in your hips with Shiva Rea—you will have amazing hands-on experiences with the best teachers in the world, scribble notes in your journal and practice more yoga per day then you ever imagined.
3. Love. It really is that simple. There is an immense amount of love everywhere you go. Whether you are taking a class or strolling thru the market place or grabbing lunch with your yoga buddy—we come to Yoga Journal from a place of Love and that grows with each class you take. You can see it on the faces of the yogis in the class and you can feel it emanating from the teachers. Love.

Yoga Journal 2013 is coming to New York City, Estes Park, Colorado and Hollywood, Florida. Take your mat on a road trip and give your yoga practice the love you want to give away. You will have a great time and maybe, just maybe…find yourself in one of my pictures.
