For those of you bold souls courageously following your passion—please keep going.

For those of you feeling stuck, unsure or unworthy—watch this video. I think the habit of doubting ourselves and thinking we suck from time to time, is more or less universal.

For those of you not sure what the hell you want to do with your life, or be when you grow up—now is the time; sit still, be quiet, and listen. In the meantime, do whatever it is you are currently doing, but put more of your heart into it.

The world is a crazy place, it always was and will be forever more. But a world with no beauty and art? Well that is a place I think I fear most.

So if you are an artist, writer, painter, dancer, yogini, singer, surfer, craftsmen or in any way shape or form harnessing your creative power—please keep on swimming.

The only real limitations we have in this life, are the ones we put on ourselves. We all lose the light sometimes, but your light truly shines in the process of transformation and finding your way back.

Christa Angelo is a traveling yogini, teacher, chocolate addict and founder of Mancora Yoga. Following her dream to live a barefoot lifestyle, surf every day, teach yoga and take frequent naps under palm trees, she found her home and life in a small fishing town in the north of Peru. Living in radical contrast to life in the U.S., she is learning to flow more with the pulse and rhythm of a simple, more natural way of life.
