The exact details remain unclear, but as reported by The Bhakti Beat and other sites, HG Shyamdas Prabhu, has left his material body.
In the spirit of the bliss he brought to all who had the pleasure of his association, and for all those who won’t have the chance in this lifetime, we remember him as he lived: Devoted and in song.

This was an amazing man. Got to experience a couple of his ragas last year for the first time. incredible. Greatest maha mantra. left my heart wide open. He is going to be missed. Krishna has him now, chanting Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.
