ed’s note: I know we know this, but we as a nation still don’t know it: racism vs. Middle Easterners is still widespread, whether through government racial profiling or down south bumper stickers…and Jesus is still depicted as white, blond in just about every church ever.
Why does it matter, we might ask? It doesn’t. But it does: they is us. Us is them. It’s a small world, after all. Best get over the us vs. other, and start acting like we’re all interconnected and interdependent.
Why?
