That tastes like (gr)ass!

Can’t stomach green juice? If this sounds like you, I have a solution that will forever change your relationship to liquified lettuce. Enter, coconut water.

I first realized I could mix the two after ordering a green juice from Cafe Rivva and feeling cheated when they poured half of my cup full of coconut water before adding the green juice (I’ll deal with you later Rivva). A normal person may not have cared, or even noticed, but I was feeling particularly low energy that day and needed all the greens I could get. Low and behold this very unhappy event of the dilution of my juice produced a rather life changing realization: coconut water does an amazing job at making green juice drinkable.

So there you have it.

Green juice + coconut water = deliciousness that’s not too bad for you either.

You’re welcome.

Cafe Rivva, I love you guys but if you’re selling me green juice, either list coconut water as an ingredient, or don’t add it.

Like elephant food on Facebook.
