The Best Blog I can offer up in 108 Seconds.

We blog about a lot of things here on elephant. Serious and silly. Profound and lighthearted.

We blog about adventure and farmers’ markets, about urban gardens and good coffee, about hiking and politics, about letting go and social activism, about the NSA and smoothies, about rescue dogs and composting, about local food and chicken coops and farting in yoga and yoga philosophy. We blog about gmos and climbing and climate change and plants that will clean the air in your home. We blog about spiritual materialism and SNL videos.

But the only thing all of elephant really is about is “sharing the mindful life beyond the choir, to all those who don’t yet know they give a care about living a good life that also happens to be good for others, and our planet.”

And the way to do that is to meditate, at its root. Twice a day. Morning and evening. Meditation isn’t spiritual, particularly. It’s about planting ourselves in the present moment, from whence we flower fully.

And now I’m out of time. Click here to learn how to meditate. Or, here.

Bonus: subscribe for new video e/Friday, free for now: Walk the Talk Show!

elephantjournal.com isn’t your momma’s blog: 1.85 million readers/month, #1 in US twice for #green on Twitter, making trouble since 2002.
