Are you debating on how to incorporate more greens into you diet?

Wondering if you should stop by the juice bar but afraid you’ll spit it up all over the person standing in line next to you?

You know it—greens are good for you, but you’re having trouble getting them down.

If greens tasted like Twinkies or Potato chips you’d be all over it, right? I know my kids would.

But they don’t. So what’s the alternative? How do you get them down without puking them back up?

I find that as a novice green food eater, the easiest ways to playing with them is in a juice or a smoothie. Trust me, I can help you make them taste Ah-mazing.

Great recipe, it never occurred to me to add essential oils to green smoothies – can't wait to try that.
I'm actually drinking my green smoothie right now – I have one almost every breakfast and lunch – they've changed my life!
I rarely crave the junk food I used to eat almost every night – Kettle chips, organic ice cream, Newman's Own Organics "oreos",…
I fill up my Vitamix to the top, which is enough for 2 days/4 meals for me (2 mason jars-full) – and then I give another mason jar-full to a friend.
    The most recent one is:
1 1/2 cups goat milk kefir
    1 1/2 cups ultra-purified water
1 whole thing of Swiss Chard
    1 container Alfalfa sprouts
    1 container Clover Sprouts
    1 container Arugula sprouts
    1 peeled English cucumber
    2 peaches
    1 nectarine
    1 pear
    3 inches peeled fresh ginger
1 whole lemon, peel and all

    Yum!

I'm going to try your recipe. I love pears! My lime essential oil just came too, so I'll get to use that as well!
