Don’t Sweat the Details. ~ Edith Lazenby

I believe anything is possible.

Just breathe. I tell myself not to sweat the details, often.

I teach yoga full time so most every day. I teach a lot of beginners. And I tell them the most important thing to do is breathe and not to sweat the details—meaning, if my verbal directions on what to do and how to move don’t click, don’t worry about it, just breathe.

And I am lately learning how to do this in my life more and more. I don’t worry about the details. And I breathe.

I live on the brink of broke financially and emotionally I hit those moments of feeling broken inside. I think we all do.

I know from years of not having enough money that I pay what I can when I can and I always manage. And I know the inner wounded feeling allows grief to rise and wash me. Feelings pass. Money comes and goes.

Don’t sweat the details. Breathe into every moment.

I have been teaching this for years and am finally learning how to do it myself.

I don’t get my way. I breathe. I am told one thing and another happens. I breathe. I lose a class. I breathe. I get a new class. I breathe. I pay my bills. I breathe. I surf Craig’s list for opportunities. I breathe.

I read about creating our reality. I read about manifesting what we want. I read about how abundance and lack aren’t all that different.

I believe anything is possible.

I plan to live past 100 years of age.

I believe I can change. I believe what matters is friends, family, hope and love.

I believe I am a young soul who had to pack a lot in, in one life time.

I do what I love and I love what I do.

I don’t sweat the details. I breathe.
