What’s your hippocampus up to? That is, afterall, the area of the brain responsible for happiness and positive memories. Knock on that head of yours head and wake that thing up!

Are you healthy? Yes? Then chances are you’re 20 percent happier than average.

Think money buys happiness? Turns out people in the upper income bracket are only 3.5 percent happier than average!
