I read your article on Fat Burning.
I struggle with staying lean myself and I always have to count my calories every day.
While recently remodeling my home, I wondered how many calories I was burning while performing all the hard work.
I did quite a bit of research, from various sources, and as it turns out we can burn a lot of calories performing various home maintenance tasks.
I thought this would be good information to share, so I created this illustration to convey it in a visually appealing way.
